The World Health Organization defines health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
Health has also been defined as;
- the condition of being well or free from disease
- the overall condition of someone’s body or mind
- soundness or vitality
Consistently health is described as a physical, mental and spiritual state of well being, a completeness.
Here at JPT we try to provide total “health” to you. We will address your aches and pains and musculoskeletal needs. We will look at your current diet, talk to you about food choices and a sustainable healthy eating plan.
